Many marketing professionals have included AI in their strategy, whether writing content, making images, or even coding! For this month’s HubSpot tip, we will delve into what everyone else talks about; AI. Keep in mind, though, that using AI  comes with its possible pitfalls, so you have to know how to use AI correctly so you don’t set your business to failure. HubSpot now has an AI tool integrated into it called-ChatSpot. Although still in its alpha version, ChatSpot looks exciting and promising. Let’s quickly talk about what it does and how it can help you navigate HubSpot much easier. Signing up for ChatSpot automatically puts you on a waitlist of about two weeks, ChatSpot works very similarly to other AI platforms, where you type a question, and then it generates the answer. In the example in the video, I used “Who brought in the most business last quarter?” What’s amazing is that without having to write a report, you can generate the answer to your question. What's more is that you can save the answer as a report or spreadsheet. You can “interrogate” the system, and it’ll generate answers from within HubSpot. This makes our lives a lot easier because we wouldn’t have to manually look for the information in the different nooks and crannies HubSpot.
