With HubSpot's free version, you can:

HubSpot's Starter package is a popular option for smaller businesses who want to get started with a CRM that's packed with features. Those features include all of the above, plus:

- Contact segmentation - up to 50 buckets to market to, or sell to, filtered lists of contacts, companies or sales deals
- Multiple sales pipelines - great for onboarding clients or managing renewals if clients are on a retainer

This pricing is based on a per user. If you have users interacting and editing records, you'll need to pay for their license, otherwise people can have a view only licence which is free.
HubSpot Sales Professional (AUD$140 - $168 / month)
Professional packages is where the rubber hits the road, and where HubSpot got a reputation for being expensive. As some quick background, Sales Professional pricing used to be around AUD$750 / month and required a minimum of 5 users. These days, that restriction has been relaxed, meaning you can purchase a single Sales Professional licence.

HubSpot Marketing Professional is the bees knees of HubSpot (unless you go all the way up to Enterprise...).
Marketing Professional is typically aimed at slightly larger established businesses who are around $1-2m turnover and above.
