When you are trying to create a strong brand, often the brief gets left behind because of the demand for quick turn-arounds . . . but what have you sacrificed? Chances are you aren't aligned on the execution, you'll spend extra time explaining and reexplaining and the execution probably won't be that out of the box or strategic. Now ask yourself again, are briefs important?
